  We went through Armstrong Solicitors to purchase our home. As first time buyers we were unsure of what to expect and what exactly was involved. Joanne Moore, from the start, made us feel at ease and explained the process without any jargon. We were updated regularly on how things were proceeding. When a problem arose around the completion date, through no fault of ours, Joanne listened to our concerns and conveyed them in a much more professional manner than we could have.
